Agency Cohousing and Community has a Constitution provided by the NSW Government Department of Fair Trading called the “Model Constitution”. This “Model Constitution” is appropriate for non-profit organisations such as Agency Cohousing and Community.
The “Model Constitution” was updated by the NSW Government on 1 September 2022 and the changes automatically apply to our group. The changes are relatively minor and involve improving clarity of language, removing inconsistencies, and permitting online and other electronic processes.
