Our 2024 Winter Lunch get-together was on Sunday 21 July at The Cricketers, 255 Darling Street Balmain.
After lunch we discussed the idea that we could have a section of the new Rozelle Village (old Tigers site) as a cohousing project.

Then we had a workshop on the design of a cohousing project. Using scale models, we designed our own individual apartment. Then we put the scale model apartments together to form a complete cohousing development. A great deal of creativity was on display.
